To ensure maximum safety and comfort for our customers, we only import and sell products that have passed strict testing at their factories. We have tight control over our chicken production facilities in China, from breeding and raising, to processing, packaging, shipping and sales. We have ISO and HACCP certification as well as approval by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.

Each lot of ingredients we receive is subject to the inspections below.

*Ingredients arriving for the first time are always tested.

- The quality of water used in production is tested twice annually by an outside agency.
In addition, we test the water weekly for viable bacteria count, coliform bacteria, agricultural chemical residue and pH. - ■Wipe inspections
- Factory equipment, employee hands, work tables, etc. are tested weekly for viable bacteria count and coliform bacteria.

Broilers raised on our affiliated farms in China are fed high-quality feed and only receive antibiotics and other medicines that are approved.
Our affiliated production facilities in China all meet with HACCP standards for hygiene.
In addition, each step of every process is recorded, so everything is traceable.
Lastly, final products all receive the following rigorous testing, and only products that pass inspection are shipped.
When we aren't able to perform testing ourselves, we hire an outside inspection agency to perform testing.

Our affiliated factories are forbidden to use chemical agents. All our shrimp are taken from safe, healthy contract farms. The morning catch is taken fresh to our factories.
Our affiliated production facilities meet with HACCP standards for hygiene.
In addition, each step of every process is recorded.
From ingredients to finished products, everything is carefully inspected and recorded.
